For domestic orders shipped within the United States, purchase products with credit card using Online Store (see below). Shipping costs included in purchase price. Appropriate sales tax added after order submitted. Online orders usually shipped 1-2 business days of receipt. Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days (depending on distance from New York). Items shipped US Postal Service, UPS, or Fed Ex Ground.
