Overview
Checkmate Plus currently offers three different internet-accessed apps: (1) scoring and in-office assessment, (2) online assessment, and (3) batch data scoring, for qualified users of Checkmate Plus Symptom Inventories. These apps are accessed on the casiplus.com website. Paper-and-pencil versions of Checkmate Plus Symptom Inventories are available from this website, and they are described in considerable detail here (see links to Inventory Descriptions and Inventory Information). Users of CASIPLUS apps are encouraged to familiarize themselves with this material before using CASIPLUS apps. Checkmate Plus Symptom Inventories are intended for use only by qualified mental health professionals.
CASIPLUS Scoring and In-Office Assessment (In-Office app)
The In-Office is used to score and administer early childhood, child, adolescent, and adult Checkmate Plus Symptom Inventories to include parent-, teacher-, and self-and other-report versions. To use the Scoring feature of this app, you must manually enter Checklist item responses. You must agree not to enter HIPPA- protected or PHI information.
When done, the app generates a Score Report that includes numerical scores for all Checkmate Plus Symptom Inventory scoring algorithms. You can print and save two Score Report options ( PDF, CSV), the raw data (CSV) to help facilitate future statistical analyses (which cannot be executed by CASIPLUS apps), and individual item responses (PDF).
The In-Office Assessment feature of this app functions the same way as the Scoring feature with one notable exception. Under the supervision of a qualified mental health professional, the informant (parent, patient/client) completes the Checklist while sitting at the computer.
CASIPLUS Online Assessment (Online)
With the Online app you can send an app-generated email to the informant who can then complete the checklist online (i.e., CASIPLUS website). You can personalize this email. The Online Assessment app includes the same Scoring Report as the In-Office app.
CASI PLUS Batch Data Scoring (Batch Data)
This app allows you to upload a CSV file that contains multiple patient records (batch data), so they can be scored simultaneously. Instead of processing each patient one by one, the app reads the CSV, processes all entries, and returns the scoring results in a single CSV file. You can also choose which type(s) of scores (Symptom Count, Symptom Severity, Symptom-Induced Impairment, and Clinical Cutoff) to be included in the exported data file.
