Eating and Feeding Disorders
 

avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder

 

Symptoms of the following DSM-5 eating disorders are included in Checkmate Plus Symptom Inventories: avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder, and individuals with elevated Checkmate Plus Eating Disorder subscale scores are at higher risk for other psychiatric disorders (e.g., Tseng, Gau, Tseng, et al., 2014).

 

Anorexia Nervosa Scale

 

There is a 3-to-4 item (depending on age) Anorexia Nervosa subscale in the following Checkmate Plus Symptom Inventories:

 

  • Adolescent Symptom Inventory (secondary school)

  • Child and Adolescent Symptom Inventory (elementary & secondary school)

  • Youth’s (Self Report) Inventory (secondary school)

  • Adult Inventories (adults)

 

Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder Items

 

There are two key symptoms of avoidant restrictive food intake disorder in the Checkmate Plus Child and Adolescent Symptom Inventory (elementary & secondary school).

 

 

Binge Eating Disorder Items

 

There are two key symptoms of binge eating disorder in the Checkmate Plus Child and Adolescent Symptom Inventory (elementary & secondary school).

 

 

Bulimia Nervosa Scale

 

There is a 4-item Bulimia Nervosa subscale in the following Checkmate Plus Symptom Inventories:

 

  • Adolescent Symptom Inventory (secondary school)

  • Child and Adolescent Symptom Inventory (elementary & secondary school)

  • Youth’s (Self Report) Inventory (secondary school)
